By measuring the velocity change of ultrasonic wave propagation in pipe water flow, the velocity of water flow is deduced, and then the water flow through the pipe is calculated. The NB IoT mobile Internet of Things module is added to realize the remote timing transmission and management of data according to the preset management strategy.
